Cashsweep Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using cashsweep services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the cashsweep platform on any device or browser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions in this document, along with all related policies incorporated by reference.
Eligibility to use the cashsweep platform is subject to the following conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age required by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- The platform must be used for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this service is lawful under the laws of your state or territory.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
Cashsweep reserves the right to decline registration or terminate the account of any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. cashsweep reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Accounts are for the personal use of the account holder only and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other party. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify cashsweep immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. cashsweep will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Use a strong, unique password and do not share your login details with anyone.
Users agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive activities on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to: using automated software to access the platform, attempting to hack or exploit system vulnerabilities, transmitting harmful content or spreading false information, and using the account for money laundering or other illicit financial activities.
Payments, Transactions & Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All financial transactions on the cashsweep platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered under their own name.
Deposit
- Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method.
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method.
- Cashsweep reserves the right to decline or suspend deposits suspected of being high-risk or in breach of its anti-money laundering policy.
- Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are solely the user's responsibility.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals are processed only to the same bank account registered and verified at the time of sign-up.
- Identity verification may be required prior to your first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding certain limits.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to several business days.
- Cashsweep reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date. cashsweep will not consider claims submitted after this period.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Usage Rules
The cashsweep platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We strive to keep the platform running smoothly but do not guarantee 100% uptime free from technical disruptions.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any purpose that could compromise the reputation, security or integrity of cashsweep operations. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical bugs, or use unauthorised methods to gain an advantage is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of account balances.
Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cashsweep shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, reputational damage, or the cost of obtaining substitute services.
All content on the cashsweep platform, including logos, designs, text, images, software, and code, is the property of cashsweep or its respective licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from cashsweep.
Account Policy, Third-Party Links & Amendments to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
Cashsweep reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Breach of any part of these terms
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
- Providing false information during registration or verification
- Multiple account registrations
- Inappropriate or abusive behaviour towards support staff
- User's own request to close account
If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, cashsweep reserves the right to withhold any account balance associated with the violating activity.
Third-Party Links
The cashsweep platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. cashsweep is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Cashsweep reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal process in Malaysia.
